Ordinance No. 1510-15

AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THAT ONLY ONE-WAY MOTOR VEHICLE

TRAFFIC SHALL BE PERMITTED WESTBOUND ON EAST JEFFERSON STREET BETWEEN NORTH WATER STREET AND NORTH MAIN STREET IN THE VILLAGE OF PAULDING, OHIO, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1509-15

AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Paulding has determined that only one-way motor vehicle traffic shall be permitted westbound on East Jefferson Street between North Water Street and North Main Street in the Village of Paulding, Ohio and the same being done in the interest of public safety.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PAULDING, OHIO, AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. That only one-way motor vehicle traffic shall be permitted westbound on East Jefferson Street between North Water Street and North Main Street in the Village of Paulding, Ohio.

Section 2: Ordinance No. 1509-15, approved on September 8, 2015, shall be and hereby repealed in its entirety.

Section 3. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public safety, health, peace and welfare; wherefore, this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and immediately after its passage.
