Do I have to take down all the headliner and molding to replace the motor? 2- A common issue is that the grease Toyota used to lube the sunroof rails solidifies eventually and kind of glues it shut. Once I have this freed up and moving - What is best to use for lubricant?

2005 Toyota 4Runner: sunroof stuck closed for years, now leaking. Need help! So, this was my wife's truck and she recently bought a new car, so I sold my car and now drive the 4Runner. Years ago she had a problem with the sunroof getting stuck open and she went to a mechanic who (manually?) closed it for her for $20. We haven't used it since.
