I also checked toyodiy and jp-parts.com and found the part numbers from what I believe are the correct crown and altezzA bearings. Contacted the local toyota dealer and seems like they can still supply them albeit for €88.
Basically if it's an RS200 produced between 1998 & May 2001 it'll have a 4:1 if it was produced after May 2001 it'll have 4:3. Sounds like you have 4:3 as my 4:1 sits just over 3K at 100kph. Putting some Motul Gear300 in the gearbox & diff my help lower the rpm a little bit (100-200rpm), along with a decent syn 10W30/5W30 in the engine.

Im doing an Altezza diff swap and want to make sure that I will need to swap out the rear section of an Altezza drive shaft onto my is300 drive shaft to make it work. I've searched and only found one video on it. From someone who may have done it.
