I'm looking at a 07 335i sedan that is a non-bmw dealership, its a small wholesale dealership. There pricing is very aggresive. I did a Carfax on the VIN and the car comes out clean. Are there any negatives buying from a non-bmw dealership?

Sometimes its just not a match for the dealer, but other times it can be an accident history, something broken on inspection, etc.
