AestimaTrade is an app for self-employed tradespeople. You describe a job out loud, add photos, and get a costed quote to send to your customer. This page says what data the app handles, why, where it goes, and how to get rid of it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
Who is responsible
AestimaTrade is operated by Creativ Digital, Romania. For anything about your data, write to office@creativdigital.ro.
What we collect, and why
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Your Google account — name, email address, profile photo | To sign you in. We use Google Sign-In only; there is no password to store. |
| Your business details — trade, country, business name, address, phone, email, VAT and company numbers, hourly rate, markup and VAT rates | To price your quotes and put the right details on the documents your customers receive. |
| Bank or deposit details, if you add them | Shown on a quote so a customer can pay a deposit. Stored encrypted with a key held in Google Cloud KMS. |
| Recordings and photos you make for an AI quote | Sent to Google's Gemini model to write the quote. Kept with the quote until you delete it or your account. |
| Quotes, jobs, invoices, materials and prices you create | This is your work; the app exists to hold it. |
| Your customers' details — names, phone numbers, emails and addresses you enter | To address quotes and invoices to them. You are responsible for having their permission to do so; we hold this only on your behalf. |
| Purchases | Google Play handles payment. We receive only a purchase token and the product bought, to add credit to your account. We never see card details. |
| Push token | So the app can tell you when a quote is ready or a customer has accepted one. |
| Feedback you send from the app | Your message, with the app version, phone model, language and your account email attached, so we can reply and reproduce a bug. |
| Crash reports | If the app crashes, Firebase Crashlytics sends the phone model, OS version, app version, what went wrong, and your account identifier (not your name). Only from release builds. |
The page your customer opens
When you send a quote, it becomes a web page at an address that cannot be guessed. Anyone with the link can open it; that is how your customer reads and accepts it. When the page is opened or accepted we record the event, with a salted hash of the visitor's IP address and their browser type — not the address itself. The page is taken down when you delete the quote, or your account.
Where your data goes
| Service | What it does | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Google Cloud | Runs the app's server, database and file storage | London, United Kingdom (europe-west2) |
| Google Vertex AI (Gemini) | Turns your recording and photos into a draft quote | Google's global endpoint — processing may happen outside the UK or EU. Google does not use this data to train its models, under Google Cloud's data processing terms. |
| Firebase (Google) | Sign-in, push notifications, crash reports | Google infrastructure |
| Google Play | Purchases of credit | |
| Serper | Looks up current material prices online, when you ask for it | Receives only the material description — no personal data |
| Resend | Delivers your feedback to us as an email | Receives the feedback message and the details listed above |
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone not on this list.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. Photo uploads that never finished are removed after one day. Database backups are kept for seven days and then overwritten, so something you delete is gone from backups within a week.
Deleting your account
In the app: More → Delete account. This removes your profile, every quote, job, invoice, photo and recording, your saved prices, your credit history and your feedback, takes down every quote page you have sent, and removes your sign-in. Any credit left on the account is lost. It cannot be undone, and the app says so before it does it.
You can also email us and we will do it for you.
Your rights
You can see and change everything the app holds about you from inside it. Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you may also ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it is used: write to office@creativdigital.ro. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
AestimaTrade is for people running a trade business and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the app will tell you the next time you open it. The date at the top is always the date of the current version.
