01 — The Problem

Healthcare communicates on broken infrastructure

Every day, clinicians still share referral notes and sensitive decisions over tools built for consumer chat — not for sovereign healthcare. That is a compliance risk and a patient-safety risk.

Meta and Telegram servers store message metadata. End-to-end encryption does not protect metadata — who spoke to whom, when, how often. Patient identity is exposed even when message content is encrypted.
