Welcome to Imajin-Magicabox ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Imajin-Magicabox, you confirm that you:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms (or have parental/guardian consent if required in your jurisdiction)
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

If you are a minor, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Services

Imajin-Magicabox provides AI-powered image processing services, including but not limited to:

• AI Swap: Apply clothing templates to your photos using artificial intelligence
• Custom Swap: Upload your own clothing images to create personalized transformations
• Works Management: View, manage, and download your generated images

Our services use advanced AI technology to process images. Results may vary based on image quality and other factors.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account using:

• Apple Sign-In
• Google Sign-In
• Guest access (limited features)

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

Imajin-Magicabox uses a credit-based system for accessing certain features:

• Credits can be purchased through in-app purchases
• Each image processing task consumes a specified number of credits
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts

4.2 In-App Purchases

• All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Prices are displayed in your local currency
• Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law
• For refund requests, please contact Apple or Google directly through their respective platforms

4.3 Free Credits

We may offer free credits or promotional offers at our discretion. These may be subject to additional terms and expiration dates.

5. User Content and Conduct

5.1 Your Content

By uploading images to Imajin-Magicabox, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the images or have the right to use them
• The images do not violate any third-party rights
• You have obtained consent from any identifiable individuals in the images

5.2 Prohibited Content

You agree NOT to upload or create content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Contains nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material
• Depicts violence, gore, or cruelty
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violates any person's privacy or publicity rights
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
• Targets minors in any harmful way

5.3 Content Monitoring

We reserve the right to:

• Review, monitor, or remove any content at our sole discretion
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Report illegal content to appropriate authorities

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and technology, is owned by Imajin-Magicabox and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use our trademarks without permission

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of your original uploaded images. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for providing the requested services.

6.3 Generated Content

Images generated through our AI services may be used by you for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use may require additional licensing.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results will meet your expectations
• Any defects will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMAJIN-MAGICABOX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Imajin-Magicabox, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App ends immediately
• Unused credits may be forfeited
• We may delete your account data

You may initiate deletion of your account in the App under Settings > Delete Account. You have up to 30 days to recover the account by signing in again. Deleting the App from a device does not delete your account.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through:

• In-app notifications
• Email (if provided)
• Updated "Last Updated" date

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation
2. Mediation, if negotiation fails
3. Binding arbitration, as a last resort

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
