PAYMENT METHOD 
We work with third parties who provide services such as data analysis, surveys, research, payment processing, order fulfilment, IT services, customer service, credit card processing and other similar services. We may share Personally Identifiable Information (PII) about you with third parties for the purpose of enabling these third parties to provide services (for example, if you choose to make a purchase through the Site, we may share your Payment Information or other PII with our third party service providers to fulfill your purchase, including, without limitation, to process your credit card). These service providers are given access to PII needed to perform their functions, but are restricted from using the PII for purposes other than providing services for us.

At Texas Chicken Singapore Pte Ltd (“Texas Chicken”), we respect your concerns about privacy.  This Privacy Statement (“Statement”) describes the personal information practices of Texas Chicken with respect to information about our customers and others who visit our restaurants, Web sites and mobile apps, including the types of personal information we collect, how we may use this information, and with whom we may share it. 
 
Texas Chicken provides information to all of its customers about its privacy policy (the “Policy”). Texas Chicken acknowledges and respects the privacy of individuals. This Policy covers the Personal Information that Texas Chicken holds and sets out the way in which we will collect, use, disclose your Personal Information when you visit any of the Texas Chicken’s Sites, or place an order with one of our stores. “Personal Information” shall mean any information about an individual who can be identified from that information or from that information and other information to which Texas Chicken has or is likely have access, including without limitation, information such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card details, transaction informations and any other personal information. When using the Texas Chicken’s Sites or services or by purchasing our products, you accept, consent and agree to the terms and conditions of this Policy. On giving reasonable notice to Texas Chicken, you may at any time withdraw any consent that you have given or deemed to have been given with respect to the collection, use or disclosure of your Personal Information as stated in this Policy. Texas Chicken will inform you of the likely consequences of withdrawal of your consent upon receipt of your notice to withdraw consent. After a reasonable period for the withdrawal process to take place, your Personal Information will no longer be collected, used or disclosed by Texas Chicken to the extent of your withdrawn consent.
Please note that Texas Chicken may revise this Policy from time to time whenever necessary at its sole discretion, and your continued use of the Texas Chicken’s Sites or services or patronage at our stores will be subject to the Policies in force at the time of your use. We encourage you to check this Policy regularly to stay informed of any updates or changes made to them. This Policy is effective as from 24 February  2021.

Texas Chicken will not collect, use or disclose sensitive information (such as information about racial or ethnic origins or political or religious beliefs) except with your specific consent or in the circumstances permitted in the Singaporean privacy laws or any other related laws in Singapore.
HOW DO WE USE INFORMATION?
Generally, we may combine information that we collect from you from different means as described above into one customer base and use your personal information in the ways in which you may reasonably expect, including but not limited, to for any of the following purposes:

 
When using the Texas Chicken’s online ordering sites, additional Personal Information may be collected from you for the purpose of assisting us in the delivery of our product to your door and to verify and/or effect your credit card payment.
 
THIRD PARTY DISCLOSURE
Texas Chicken does not sell or otherwise share personal information about you, except as described in this Privacy Statement. 
Texas Chicken may share personal information with its U.S. franchisor, Cajun Global LLC of Atlanta, Georgia (“Global”) and its parent Cajun Operating Company (“Cajun”)  If Global or Cajun receives this information from Texas Chicken they are not authorized to use or disclose the information except as provided in this Privacy Statement. 
Texas Chicken may share personal information with vendors that provide services to Texas Chicken, such as fulfilling orders, providing data processing and other information technology services, administering promotions, contests, prize draws and sweepstakes, conducting research and performing analytics, and personalizing individual Texas Chicken experiences. We do not authorize these vendors to use the personal information or to disclose it for any purpose other than to perform services on our behalf.   
Circumstances may arise where, whether for strategic or other business reasons, Texas Chicken decides to sell or transfer all or a portion of our business.  We may transfer information we have collected and stored, including personal information, to the party or parties involved in the transaction as part of that transaction.
Texas Chicken reserves the right to use or disclose personal information as needed to satisfy any law, regulation or legal request, to protect the integrity of our Online Services and in-restaurant technologies, to bring or defend against legal claims, to protect the rights, interests, safety and security of Texas Chicken, Texas Chicken employees or franchisees, or members of the public, or in connection with the investigation of fraud, illegal activity or violation of Texas Chicken policy. 

YOUR CHOICES
If you have opted-in to marketing communications, you can elect not to receive marketing communications from Texas Chicken by following the opt-out instructions in the marketing communications we send you or contacting us at the address, telephone number or email address provided below.  Please note that if you opt out of receiving marketing communications from us, we may still send communications to you concerning your transactions, accounts with Texas Chicken and any contests, competitions, prize draws, or sweepstakes in which you have enrolled. 

RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Texas Chicken will cease to retain your Personal Information or remove the means by which the Personal Information can be associated with you as soon as it is reasonable to assume that the Personal Information is no longer necessary for any business or legal purposes.
 
LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES AND SOCIAL MEDIA
Our Online Services may offer links to third-party websites that are not operated by Texas Chicken.  If you visit one of these linked websites, you should review the website’s privacy policy, terms and conditions, and other policies.  We are not responsible for the policies and practices of third-parties.  Any information you submit to those third-parties is subject to their privacy policy, terms and conditions, and other policies.
 
INFORMATION SECURITY
Texas Chicken is committed to taking appropriate measures designed to keep personal information secure.  We have in place technical, administrative, and physical procedures designed to protect personal information from accidental, unlawful or unauthorized loss, access, disclosure, use, alteration, or destruction.  While we take efforts to safeguard our information systems, no website, mobile application, computer system, or transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
