My first experience with one piece was reading colored til wano and then going black and white. 100% recommended, color adds a lot to the experience. Starting in June 2012, Shueisha began to release digitally colored volumes of the One Piece manga.
The volumes are available to purchase alongside the traditional black and white volumes in Shueisha's own Jump Store app for iOS and Android, as well as other digital outlets such as Amazon's Kindle Store. While I am enjoying the digital coloured version I want to be sure that what I am reading is accurate and conveys what Oda wanted to (otherwise I could just watch anime).
