Star Wars Color Correction
Hey guys! Welcome back to another demonstration inside of Davinci Resolve where I demonstrate a Node Setup that is meant to perform an overall Color Correction throughout the entire film. Again, I must highlight that these are not 100% definitive, because some of red/purple skintones were not fully corrected and some shots might need their own correction levels for certain problems; also, stuff like the precise level of saturation and green. A stunning and realistic ReShade that completely overhauls SWTOR's lighting, enhancing nearly every aspect of SWTOR's visual experience.
I decided to create a separate thread for this, as it's only vaguely related to the subject of the theatrical colors of Star Wars. I would like to present my single pass Technicolor correction of the GOUT/The Definitive Collection laserdisc. It turns out the GOUT is actually the most consistent OT release when it comes to color, and after some tweaking all the hallmarks of a Technicolor.

Color Correction Another Star Wars fan-restoration in the works is Mike Verta's 4K Legacy edition, which I've written about previously. Star Wars Here you will find a variety of screencaptures from Star Wars. The first screenshot you see will be the raw, uncorrected GOUT (1993 Laserdisc telecine, released on DVD in 2006), followed by the corrected GOUT, with resaturated colour levels.
These have been coloured using automatic settings explained in the main page of this website feature, to severely increase the saturation, cyan.
