As the full moon rises, we'll move slowly through forest and field to see what reveals itself. Also known as Shinrin Yoku, which translates to Forest Bathing in English. This practice involves being immersed in nature! Research shows that there are many health benefits that one may experience from this type of quiet time spent in nature.
