[00:00:48] Take [music] some time to relax your body and find a comfortable position. Let's begin by saying hello and welcome to the survival self. [music] The mind and body oriented around surviving in linear [music] time. The one on the human journey experiencing all the seasons [music] of life. All the polarities and all the emotions. Take [music] some time to thank it

[00:02:01] for everything it makes possible for you to experience [music] in this world. The survival self often feels alone >> [music] >> and burdened on the journey especially when it doesn't know >> [music] >> about the timeless self. So, in [music] this meditation we're going to help it get to know the timeless [music] nature of you. Imagine that [music] the survival self is made up

[00:03:03] of many parts [music] that impact every aspect of its [music] experience. See if you can meet these parts [music] as all younger versions of yourself. [music] Each one doing [music] its best with what it knows. Now, imagine all of [music] these parts gathered in a sacred space where they are cared for and loved. >> As they gather, notice >> [music]

[00:04:03] >> if there are any parts that tend to have a harder time [music] with meditation. There could be a part that tries [music] to distract you. Perhaps a part >> [music] >> that likes to stay in control and finds it hard >> to let go. Or maybe a part that finds it difficult to relax. Take some time to acknowledge them. >> [music] >> And ask those parts if they'd be willing to get to know you today. Let them know

[00:05:08] that if they're willing to [music] give you space during this meditation, you'll be able to offer them >> [music] >> more of the kind of care and nourishment that they've been longing [music] for. Which could look [music] like more love, connection, [music] relaxation, >> [music] >> and inner peace. You can invite to watch and observe. And if they [music] need to, they can get your attention at any [music] time. Notice where they feel most [music] comfortable resting. The more you expand [music] into your

[00:06:18] timeless self, the more you can offer your parts [music] a profound presence to trust and relax [music] into. This meditation >> [music] >> is a journey to know and experience who you are beyond [music] your mind and body. Beyond [music] what your parts think they know about you. Beyond [music] their limiting thoughts and beliefs. Now ask all of your parts >> [music] >> to give you some space and invite them to gently pull their energy

[00:07:22] out of your body. Who are you in this present [music] moment when all your parts step back. Scan your body

[00:09:09] and see if there's [music] a place that feels relaxed or calm. [music] Even a small space like the tip [music] of your toe. Then bring your awareness [music] to that sensation. You're not trying to make anything [music] happen. Just be curious about what does happen when you're present >> [music] >> with the sensation. As you tune into your body,

[00:10:42] >> become aware that every atom of every cell [music] is made up of 99.99% [music] space. Begin to feel into all that space within you. As you inhale,

[00:12:04] fill your body with space. [music] As you exhale, notice all the space around [music] you. As you inhale, fill your body with space. [music] As [music] you exhale, notice all the space [music] around you. >> [music]

[00:13:17] >> Fill into all the space within you and [music] all around you. Now, we're going to begin [music] to dissolve time and step [music] into

[00:14:20] the timeless space where you always reside. No matter what else falls away. [music] Whatever [music] parts of your mind or body carry a sense of urgency now, invite [music] them to sense into a time a month [music] from now when those things may no longer carry the same weight. >> Then invite the parts [music]

[00:15:42] to expand a little more into a year from now. See if the mind and [music] body are willing to sense all that naturally softens [music] with time. Making more space for your [music] expansive nature. Now go further. Imagine what it's like 5 [music] years from now. Notice

[00:16:46] what [music] can relax. Invite the [music] parts to sense into 20 years from now. And all [music] that can fade into the background. >> [music] >> The further they're willing to go,

[00:17:56] notice [music] what happens to the weight they've been carrying. As time dissolves, what are you aware of? Now [music] slowly feel into 50 years from now. Notice what's settled and quiet. And if your parts are willing,

[00:19:18] become aware of all that naturally [music] melts away in 100 years. Sense [music] what still exists when everything else falls away. Notice

[00:20:35] that as [music] it all releases, there's a you that still remains. Get to know your timeless and eternal [music] nature. There's no limit to how vast and expansive [music] you can be. Sense

[00:21:38] >> [music] >> what's present beyond beliefs and [music] identities. Explore [music] what it's like to completely let go of what you know [music] and discover what's always here. >> And as you let go,

[00:23:21] notice [music] the space surrounding you extends [music] infinitely in all directions. See [music] how far your awareness can go into the infinite [music] space. Now, see [music] if you can sense the space around you as unconditional love.

[00:24:38] Love that exists [music] outside of time. Love you could never be separate from. Tune into love being in you and all around you.

[00:25:47] From every [music] atom in your body to every atom in space. [music] >> [music] >> Visualize every [music] atom of every cell

[00:26:50] vibrating with love. Notice [music] the sensations that are present. Imagine swimming in a vast ocean of unconditional [music] love. Now, invite [music]

[00:28:36] a particular part of your mind or body that would most benefit from and remembering unconditional love today. Invite it to imagine the ocean [music] as love and swim through it and float in it. Notice [music] what it's like

[00:30:09] for the part to receive it and take it in. >> Imagine and [music] feel this part being loved into health and wholeness. Sense [music]

[00:31:55] what becomes possible for this part now. >> When you're ready,

[00:33:02] turn [music] toward all the parts that have been waiting and giving [music] you space. Radiate your love to all of your parts and invite [music] them to receive it. Invite your parts [music] to feel your

[00:34:11] love and the [music] infinite love present in all space. >> Notice >> [music] >> and feel what's present now. Is there [music] anything you'd like to

[00:35:37] express to your parts from this state of being? Now, take [music] some time to thank your parts for giving you the space [music] to experience more of who you are today. And [music] if you'd like to share more

[00:37:03] love, take a moment >> [music] >> to radiate love to someone in your life. Sense what it's like for them >> [music] >> to feel loved by you. >> When you're ready,

[00:38:40] begin to bring your awareness slowly back into [music] your body. Become aware of your breath.

[00:39:51] Feel the inhale and exhale [music] moving through you. >> Take your time and begin to notice what it's like to orient [music] back to the space you're in. You can open your eyes

[00:41:38] >> [music] >> and let them gently orient you to the space. >> Notice how your body is feeling. Let it stretch [music] and move. And feel how it wants [music] to walk in the world.

[00:44:59] >> Hey.
