I've tested it, it works fine and smoothly on my laptop (cpu : duo p7350, vid: nvidia geforce 9300m gs) .
I've tested it with the following settings:
* res : 1440x900
* AA: 1x
* Texture Quality: High
* Shadow Quality: low

I'm working on a similar project, but using Java instead of C#, and only using OpenGL for rendering, and I know it's not easy ^^ |
