The app uses the device camera solely for Augmented Reality (AR) features.

A. Platform-Level Data (Apple & Google)

When you install or use the App, the Apple App Store or Google Play Store may automatically collect diagnostic and usage information.

Information Collected: Crash logs, battery performance, memory usage, device hardware models, and operating system versions.

How We Use It: We do not have access to your personal identity through this data. We only view it as aggregated, anonymous metrics provided by the platforms to monitor the general health and stability of the App.

B. App-Level Analytics (Firebase)

To understand how players interact with the game and to resolve technical issues, we use Google Firebase. This service processes data on our behalf, which includes:

• Custom Gameplay Events: Specific interactions (e.g., level completion, tutorial progress, or feature engagement). This helps us improve game balance and design.
• Technical Identifiers: Firebase automatically collects certain identifiers, such as the Firebase installation ID. These are used to distinguish unique users without identifying you personally.
• General Location Information: We receive approximate location data (e.g., city or country) derived from your IP address. We only use this to understand regional app usage and provide localized content.
• Device Information: We collect data regarding your device type and session duration to ensure the experience is optimized for your hardware.

• Direct Information: Your email address and the contents of your message. We use this solely to resolve your support request and provide technical assistance.
