Business Purpose

Somerset Hospital’s current fire safety procedures are outdated and need

updating. A new training is necessary to ensure all employees are

educated on current fire safety protocols.

This training will educate employees about the RACE/PASS fire safety

protocols to ensure staff and patient safety in the event of a fire.

Goal: 100% of Somerset Hospital staff will be trained on current fire safety

protocols.

Target Audience

All employees will be required to take this training to ensure fire safety

protocols are known. The training can be moved to onboarding for all

future employees.

Training Time

20 minutes

Training Recommendation

This course will be an e-learning module. This is the best format as

employees can complete this asynchronously on their own schedules.

Future employees will be required to complete this e-learning as part of

their onboarding. The training will include interactivity and a graded

assessment to ensure learner mastery.
