Business Purpose

WilLow Corporation has seen a significant increase in international

employee travel due to business growth overseas. The HR department is

inundated with questions about passport obtainment for these

international trips.

This training will educate employees about the documents they need to

assemble to apply for a passport. It will also prepare them for a passport

 application appointment.

Goal: Reduce international travel queries to HR by 60% in the next quarter.

Target Audience

New employees whose role may require international travel for business

purposes

Training Recommendation

This course will be an e-learning module. This is the best format as

employees can complete this asynchronously during their onboarding.

New employees will be required to complete this e-learning if their role

has the potential for international travel. The training will include

interactivity and a graded assessment to ensure learner mastery.
