I've never heard of a plan that costs that much. The most expensive one we sell in the service lane is $319 for 5 oil changes and 5 rotations. The ones I know that they sell at time of sale go to either 55,000 miles or 75,000 miles and cover Toyota's recommended intervals for oil and rotations plus air filters once or twice.
