Toyota App Internal Server Error Reddit

It fails silently and just reverts to the main screen again, or b. It fails with a popup saying "Remote command failed" but no useful details. This morning was typical: I tried this *five* times in a row, standing in the same place in my bedroom, and it finally worked on the fifth try.

In doing so it removed All previously installed apps, the ability to customize things like beep volume and duration the lighting stays on with the vehicle turned off.
Hi I recently purchased a new Toyota BZ4X car (8/01/24). During the handover from Toyota the My Toyota App failed to load (Toyota badge screen displayed permanently) so the salesman could not register my Android phone with the vehicle. Not a great start to picking up a new car! Subsequent to this.
Has anyone else been having issues with their Toyota app just not working, car has been checked and dealer determined it is an issue with the app. After contacting support for the app they have done nothing to help for about 2 weeks now. I got an 86 not long ago and the remote start worked for a good while.
Beginning about two weeks ago, every time I try to remote start from the app I get an "internal server error" I've uninstalled the app from my phone and all that and it still doesn't work. Anyone else having these. I have tried to download the digital key multiple times.
I've deleted the app and updated it. Each time it texts me a code to verify the device and when I enter the code it says "internal server error". I checked and the service is enabled.
Any ideas? I recently purchased a used tacoma and downloaded the app, it shows an error code when entering the VIN and says it could not validate. I'm assuming it's because the previous owner had an account and failed to remove the truck from his app.

This "internal server error" is killing me. In the reddit app, each time I click on any thumbnail that isn't embedded, the subsequent window/pop-up results in an "internal server error" message. This happens every single time and started about 3-4 days ago.
It's incredibly frustrating. I just registered my Toyota Financial account And had it linked to the app about 2 days ago and since yesterday it's been saying the same thing.
