I bought and took delivery of a 2024 Highlander Limited on December 15, 2023. It came with a free 1 year Remote Subscription which Expired on December 1, 2024 before the full year. I called Toyota and was told that it was activated on November 30, 2023 and has expired.

It can't be extended to. Im quite happily driving about with expired services. MyToyota app still works and the Standard Services do not expire until 2033.
