We’re getting in touch to announce the moving of our Support site.

Since we became part of the Sinch ecosystem, we’ve been working hard on centralising our internal processes to make sure we can support you in the best way possible. 

That means that as of 11/05/2022, we’ll be migrating our support site to the general Sinch support platform. 

 

How does that impact you? 

Not that much. You’ll still be able to log support tickets via support.chatlayer.ai or by sending us an email at support@chatlayer.sinch.com .  The process will mostly remain the same as you’ll still have to categorise the ticket before submitting it. 

What does change is that you’ll now have to select ‘Chatlayer’ before being able to submit your ticket:

PS: Before being able to log a ticket, you might have to sign up again. You can do so by clicking “Sign up” and following the steps:

You’ll be able to reach us at support@chatlayer.sinch.com for all outgoing support emails. 

But don’t worry, you can still use support@chatlayer.ai as well for the time being. We’ll notify you once this is changing. 

 

Why are we moving our support site?  

Thanks to our move to the Sinch ecosystem we will now be able to provide 12/5 support, our first step towards 24/7 support

That means that our current office hours of 9h – 17h CET will no longer apply; we’ll now be able to provide support from 07h-19h!
