These skewers are delicious! I loved the scallop and bacon skewers. The all you can eat menu is not for you. You can choose the a-la carte menu which offers healthy portions. Umami is a AYCE Sushi restaurant in the northern part of Las Vegas. It is quite a distance from the Strip but it is one of my favorite local sushi spots. I frequent this spot often and can't praise it enough.
Some AYCE eat-in places may skimp on quality, but they don't compromise on Umami. Every item on the menu, from the nigiri and the hand rolls, is delicious. The all-you'll-eat lunch menu starts at $25.95 and the dinner menu starts at $29.95. Sushi 21 can be found near Excalibur. You can walk to it, but you can get a taxi or Uber from there.
The flavors include spicy tuna, salmon, yellowtails, albacore and squid. I loved the appetizers, especially egg rolls. The only thing not on the main menu that's AYCE is the sushi. Sushi Way, a sushi joint that offers all-you-can-eat sushi is also located just a short distance from the Strip. It's just one block from the Venetian making it easy for people to find it. The staff is friendly and the food delicious.
On the menu, you can choose from sushi, maki rolls and sashimi. Morimoto Vegas offers many unique fish dishes, including tuna, salmon, yellowtail and octopus. John Chien Lee opened his first restaurant, a Japanese-style restaurant on the Strip, in 2011. Soho, his new restaurant, is much more affordable than the Strip's sushi joints, but it offers just as good food.
Umiya Sushi, a Japanese restaurant/sushi bar located on Flamingo Road has business hours from Monday through Sunday. The restaurant is open for lunch, and offers interesting deals such as beer buckets in a mix-and-match. You can choose from pepper seared tuna or seared albacore, baby scallop, seared salmon, seared salmon, seared salmon, seared salmon, spicy octopus and fresh water eel.
Umiya Sushi can be found on Flamingo Road. It is a Japanese restaurant and a sushi bar that operates from Monday to Sunday. You can also enjoy lunch at the restaurant. Other interesting deals include beer buckets, which come in a mix of flavors. There are many options for sushi: seared albacore tuna, pepper seared tuna and seared salmon; baby scallop, seared fish, seared salmon and smoked salmon.
Sushi Way is best known for its All You Can Eat Sushi. It includes special chef rolls (skewers), tempura, dessert and many other items. Sushi Way also offers mackerel, crab, mackerel, and super-white tuna sushi. The AYCE dinner menu is $21 and $26 respectively. AYCE lunch runs from 11am to 3pm. You can order the AYCE evening until the restaurant is closed.
