At 9770 S Maryland Parkway, there is also a second Sushi Mon. Hikari Sushi is just a short drive from Sushi Mon. The local sushi joint is famous for its Japanese cuisine and quick service. Order AYCE sushi for lunch at $24 or dinner at $28. For $7 more, they offer a premium dinner menu.

Hirobu offers both a vegetarian- and gluten-free menu. You can dine-in or order to-go. Kumi is a Japanese restaurant that serves Korean cuisine. They are located in Mandalay Bay at the southern end of Las Vegas Strip. This place has a wonderful ambiance and top-notch service. Bluefin Tuna Pizza was the highlight of my visit to this restaurant. Kumi offers many other options, including special sushi rolls, sashimi and combination plates, Wagyu beef, seafood, and even nigiri.

OTORO is a small sushi restaurant located inside the Mirage. The place is well-known for its excellent service and small meals. OTORO is a great place to share small meals with friends. The sushi menu includes rolls, nigiri and sashimi. Although the options are limited in comparison to other sushi restaurants', prices are very reasonable. Their entree menu was great, with a selection of Chilean Sea Bass and Wagyu steaks, filet mignon, salmon, and other options.

The omakase, which I highly recommend, is hand-delivered to you. They are open only from 5:30pm to 9:30pm. You should make reservations well in advance. You can also get takeout. Sen of Japan is a Japanese casual restaurant that serves sushi as well as other entrees like steaks and seafood. The chef behind the menu at Sen of Japan is Chef NakanoHiromi. He was a Nobu chef.
