Kabuto Edomae in Las Vegas' Chinatown is a fantastic sushi restaurant. Kabuto's dinner menu is priced between $50 and $100. But it's well worth the extra. The sushi fish is imported directly from Japan.

Some AYCE eat-in places may skimp on quality, but they don't compromise on Umami. Every item on the menu, from the nigiri and the hand rolls, is delicious. The all-you'll-eat lunch menu starts at $25.95 and the dinner menu starts at $29.95. Sushi 21 can be found near Excalibur. You can walk to it, but you can get a taxi or Uber from there.

Sushi Koma is an authentic Japanese restaurant located near Jack in the Box. A selection of appetizers, such as baked green mussels and chicken Karage, are available for only $5. To make sushi, fresh ingredients are used to create delicious squids.

Kumi's style is Japanese cuisine with a Korean American twist. This is thanks to Akira Back who is the restaurant's chief chef. The sushi bar anchors the dining room, and is designed to be reminiscent of common Japanese homes. There are cool and warm sharing plates, New Style Sashimi (salmons, white fish, beef, octopus, or beef with hot olive oil, yuzu soybean, garlic and micro cilantro), signature rolls, sushi and sashimi. Hot Mess: crab, sashimi po, and Screaming O Sauce bring new flavors to signature rolls. There are many entree options available, including uni shrimp pasta, steak, Jidori chicken, Kobe shortribs and Jidori chicken.
