Akira Back is the restaurant's chef and has been awarded a Michelin Star. This means that you can be sure of good food. Oyshi Sushi can be described as a cheap restaurant. You can visit the restaurant every day, from Monday through Thursday to Saturday. The hours are 11:15 Friday and Saturday. The full menu includes appetizers like salmon and tuna tarare, maguro tartare, and sashimi wraps. There are eel and mackerel seafood, mackerel salmon, albacore, salmon, tuna, cooked shrimp, and other delicious options that will leave you satisfied.

Each plate you take from the conveyor belt will cost you about $3. You can take as many plates as you like. After you finish eating, a server will bring everything over to you and add it all up. Island Sushi & Grill's AYCE menu is $30 per person. The meals take approximately 90 minutes and can include dishes such as poke and teriyaki Chicken, gyoza or other favorites. Sushi Mon has a midnight special AYCE Sushi, which is different from other AYCE-certified sushi restaurants. The sushi menu features salmon roe (lobster), lobster, shiromi and sea urchin as well as mackerel-, shrimp-, mackerel-, and other similar options.
