I taste-tested the best sushi restaurants around Las Vegas and discovered that there are a few spots that offer an all day menu. It's not cheap to eat sushi on the Strip so it's worth searching for places that offer an all-you can-eat (AYCE). After trying numerous sushi restaurants, I can say with certainty that these are my favorite places to get all-you-can-eat sushi in Las Vegas. Oyeshi Sushi has been a Las Vegas staple since its inception. There are currently two locations. Both are located about 20 minutes drive from the Strip.

Children under 5 years of age can eat here free of charge when you dine-in. But, you can order online for pickup and delivery. Although the prices are more expensive than local sushi restaurants, the quality of the food is good and it's easy to order online. Goyemon's location is near Mandalay Bay in the Las Vegas Strip. This is a popular spot where you can get all-you could eat sushi, particularly around 7pm when business is at its peak. They offer sushi, nigiri, tempura and vegetable rolls.

There are many sushi restaurants in Las Vegas that take pride in the quality of their fresh fish. These chefs then transform them into amazing dishes. You'll find more elegant settings and exquisite interpretations of sushi on the Strip. But the restaurants outside the Strip are just as impressive. There are many excellent sushi restaurants within a short drive from the Strip, especially in Chinatown on Spring Mountain Road. Yui Edomae provides a relaxing fine dining experience, with carefully crafted sushi and other delicious dishes. The food is exceptional and the prices are much lower than comparable restaurants on the Strip.

Kabuto offers Edomae Sushi which is a traditional Japanese style of sushi. This sushi style originated in Tokyo nearly 200 years ago as street food. However, it has become a refined dining experience. You can apply small pieces of raw fish, or marinated fish to bite-sized pieces of vinegar rice (also known as Nigiri). These sushi masters' masterpieces of fresh fish should be enjoyed as soon as possible. Kabuto's Omakase menus offer three types of Omakase and a short a la carte menu, which includes an appetizer and sashimi as well as miso soup and dessert. Kabuto's Chinatown restaurant is located west of the Strip. This short drive is well worth it.

Children under 5 can eat free at the restaurant if they dine in. However, it is possible to order online for pickup or delivery. The prices are higher than those at some local sushi restaurants but the food quality, convenience and price are worth it. Goyemon, located near the Las Vegas Strip, is just behind Mandalay Bay. This is a popular place to get all-you'll-eat sushi, especially at 7 p.m. when the business is peaking. They also offer vegetable rolls and nigiri as well.
