Yama Sushi's sushi is fresh and delicious. You'll find these delicious dishes on the nigiri sushi menu: Halibut and Giant Clams, Garlic tuna Nigiri, Garlic nigiri scallops, tamago, and Saba nigiri to name just a few. Yama Sushi won the title of Las Vegas’ first and only all-you-can-eat sushi place. This award is proof of the incredible experience the establishment has had over the years. They have a wide selection of sashimi and sushi rolls as well as deep-fried rolls, sushi plates and udon (noodles). Hirobu also has a vegetarian or gluten-free menu. You can dine-in or order to-go. Kumi serves Japanese food with a Korean-American spin. They can be found in Mandalay Bay on South Las Vegas Strip. This place is a great spot with a great atmosphere and excellent service. Bluefin Tuna Pizza was what I had when I visited this spot. I highly recommend it. Kumi also has a wide range of other menu options including specialty sushi rolls as well as sashimi, combination plates and Wagyu steak.
The Japanese atmosphere is evident in the Japanese restaurant which overlooks a Koi Pond with a 90-foot waterfall. Mizumi will require you to wear business casual attire. Wazuzu's location is at Encore, Wynns sister hotel. This Pan-Asian eatery combines Thai, Chinese and Japanese cuisines all in one. Favorites like yellowtail, California rolls and shrimp rolls are all part of the sushi menu.
Sushi Neko offers a $23.95 all-you can-eat lunch special. There's also an AYCE dinner option at $27.95. Be sure to arrive early as it can get busy around 6pm. Yama is the only all-you can eat sushi place located on the Las Vegas Strip. It's located directly across the street, near Tacos El Gordo. For only $27.95, you can enjoy a variety high-quality specialty rolls and hand rolls as well as nigiri (dinner at $30.95).
