Second MHD+ Feature: ANTI-LAG (N55/S55/N13) All times are GMT -5. The time now is 08:13 AM.

You are confusing our implementation (which is basically "rolling antilag", with timing retard, separate fuel target, and boost ceiling), with rally style antilag which keeps the turbo spooled when off the throttle by continuing to inject fuel while cutting spark. Vastly different. Our (MHD) implementation is fine for even stock hardware, as we have implemented numerous safeties like oil.

Good Morning Threads, I have a quick question, I have a FBO 08 manual 335i, currently on MHD stage 2+ V7 Version map, first of all which map version do you all think makes the most power for N54s? And also I'm thinking Abt trying MHD+ map version 10 and running anti lag, what are you all's thoughts on running anti Lag? Thanks in advance! MHD Flasher is the first Android and iOS handheld application to bring ECU tuning and monitoring to the BMW N54, N55, S55, B58, S58, S63 and N13 engine. The MHD Flasher reveals the immense margin of power BMW left on the table with the N54, N55, S55, B58, S58, S63 and N13 motor, while still retaining the sophistication of the original engine management program.

I mean it probably depends on your boost. I hadnt tried it yet, but Im not worried at stage 1 or stock boost to use anti lag. Stage 2 or above maybe. The bigger risk is your transmission if you have larger turbos. Anti-lag at 25+psi on something like 17t's probably will kill the zf6 after a few pulls.

It seems there is still hope for the N54 platform when it comes to antilag features using the stock DME as MHD has apparently teased the functionality in.
