Pip the squirrel loved to play. He saw a big, juicy red berry! "Oh, I want that berry!" chirped Pip. But it was too high up.
Barnaby the bear was walking by. "Hello, Pip," he rumbled. Barnaby was big and strong. Pip looked at the berry, then at Barnaby.
"Please, Barnaby," said Pip. "Can you help me get that yummy berry?" Barnaby stretched his long arm. He reached up, up, up!
*POP!* The big red berry fell down. Pip caught it! "Thank you, Barnaby!" squeaked Pip. "You are the best helper!"
Pip took a bite. "Mmm, so sweet! Here, you can have some too!" Barnaby smiled. It felt good to help a friend.
