Lily the lamb found a big, red apple. "Mmm, yummy!" she said. She took a little bite. Crunch! Crunch!
Barnaby the bear came by. He saw the apple. "Wow!" said Barnaby. "That looks super yummy, Lily!"
Lily held the apple tight. "It's my apple," she mumbled.
Barnaby's tummy rumbled. "Can I have just a tiny nibble, please?" he asked.
Lily looked at the big apple. It was too big for just one lamb! She smiled. "Okay, Barnaby!" she said. She held it out.
Barnaby took a big, happy bite. Crunch! Crunch! Lily took another bite. Crunch! Crunch! They ate the apple together. It tasted even better when they shared!
