Rosie Rabbit sat in the sunny meadow. She held a big, orange carrot. Munch, munch, munch! Rosie ate her carrot all alone.
Squeaky Squirrel climbed a tree. He held three tiny, brown nuts. Crack, crack, crack! Squeaky ate his nuts all alone.
Rosie saw Squeaky. Squeaky saw Rosie. They both felt a little bit sad to eat alone.
Rosie hopped over. "Want some carrot?" she asked. Squeaky wiggled his nose. "Yes, please!"
Squeaky jumped down. "Want some nuts?" he asked. Rosie twitched her ears. "Yes, please!"
They shared their yummy snacks. Carrot for Squeaky! Nuts for Rosie! They giggled and munched together.
