How Our Return Process Works
- Submit your return request using the form below
- Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
- If approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions via email
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed
Return Policy
- Returns must be requested within 60 days from the day your order is shipped
- All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition — new, unused, and in original unopened packaging
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise
- No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Items marked as Clearance or Overstock are not eligible for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders with free shipping will have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund
Return Shipping Requirements
- The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping
- Packages must be sent via a trackable carrier such as FedEx or UPS — please do not use USPS
- All freight-bound equipment must be returned via freight carriers (we can assist with this)
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments — please retain your tracking number
