Kneeling Chair Reddit

Are these kneeling desk chairs ergonomically beneficial? I'm in OT school so I'm sitting at my desk A LOT. My lower back is killing me even though I sit with proper posture. Thx! Even scouring this subreddit and other forums, they seem to be very rarely discussed.

This is an impractical solution but you could buy a massage chair with a removable headpiece. You are basically supported from the front and you sit in a gentle kneeling position and it supports your torso. Kneeling chair? I've recently gone from retail to WFH and I'm surprised how hard it is to sit in a chair all day.

Unfortunately, my desk is very much a sitting desk and it's not designed in a way where I can put on one of those monitor. Most people don't spend much time kneeling, so it shouldn't be a surprise that there's some getting used to. With stuff like this, I possible maybe keep a regular chair in the rotation for a little while.
