We wanted to design a Sustainable Highrise Building with bold, monumental Visual Form. We took a Solid & Bold Mass and created a void in the center, as a result of which two separate towers were formed, both elongated east-west and oriented north-south (for minimum heat gain).
High-quality design often comes with a lower cost per square foot. Prefabs also offer bold, distinctive styleoften by top designerswithout hiring an architect. Prefab and modular homes are built in a factory and shipped in pieces to be assembled onsite.
