CrownGroupArcis made up of two 26-storey, 80-meter high towers. The mixed-use residential project includes 135 apartments, 86 boutique hotel rooms, cafes, restaurants and a retail precinct. It was erected on a 1,447-square meter site at 161-165 Clarence Street and 304 Kent Street in Sydney. The floor area of the project is 17,400-square meters.
A feature of theArcbyCrownGroup'stwin 25-storey tower development is a pair of arched metal fins that cantilever and curve over rooftop, shaping the skyline with a gentle and organic form.

Created forCrownGroup, the inspired brick faΓ§ade pays homage to the historic Sydney buildings, while still exuding a modern inner-city living feel. The delicate detailing of the Bowral bricks used, and the red tones bring warmth to the suburban jungle that is the Sydney CBD.
