You shouldn't be able to sneak in your pokemon into a gym from the comfort your moving vehicle because there may be some other trainer who might be walking across the blocks to get his pokemon into that gym. If you want get that pokemon of yours into the gym then stop that damn car somewhere around the gym. There was only one Pokemon in said gym, but okay.
