Does anyone have experience with a travel wash bag? I recently did two weeks of sink washing and some of the bnb or hotel sinks just were tricky (didn't plug, too shallow, too small, etc). I saw some reviews of dirty laundry bags that double as wash bags and wished I had one. Anyone tried these?

r/onebag is an 'urban' travel community devoted to the idea of helping people lug around less crap; onebag travel. Fewer items, packed into a single bag for ease of transport to make traveling simpler with more focus on the experience than the logistics. Does anyone with a Scrubba laundry bag feel that it is worth getting? Can you get the same level of clean with a regular dry bag? I've been eyeing the Scrubba wash bag but it's $54 price tag has me hesitating.

It's essentially a dry bag but has those little washboard nubs. Do they really make a difference? Look for a bar of soap that you like and use a bag like the scrubba to wash it.

I don't find the liquid soaps to foam enough for hand laundry. Practice at home first! If you have a spare drawstring style stuff sack, that would work and could double as a shoe bag.

Much like the mass of branded tote bags out there, the average bag tends to be a printed canvas zip-up pouch that can look nice but isn't that practical when it comes to travelling. In our experience, the best way to choose the right travel wash bag depends on the kind of trip you're set to take.
