Aetherions (also known as Charms) are items/abilities that affect gameplay in some way. Currently, there are a total 17 regular aetherions, if counting None as a valid aetherion. The aetherions are obtained by different methods and also provide different abilities.

Currently, there are 15 entities (+1 upcoming entity) in Rooms & Doors (if excluding Red Skull then 14), all of which the player must avoid throughout their run. Some have certain gimmicks that require the player to avoid them in alternative ways. Note that this is listed in numerical order, not by when an entity spawns.

RETRO MODE is a Gamemode which was added to DOORS on May 1st, 2024. It runs from the Said Date to May 30th, 2024. It is based on the Built of DOORS back in it's full Release, Albeit with a Few Changes.

Vent and Mini-Library Rooms have been added back. Hotel Rooms now have Less Coins. The Library is made Smaller Door 99 has been added back in it's Old Appearance.
