University Dorm Rooms Layout

Room Types The majority of residence hall rooms are double rooms (meaning two beds in one room) or triples. There are also suite-style rooms and limited singles. Room layouts and furniture may vary building to building and even room to room.

When you register for housing, you will select your preference for each room type. Room Layout Two Person Room Layout Three Person Room Layout University Hall University Hall rooms are community-style, which are a row or block of bedrooms that is located across or down the hall from the bathroom. The bathrooms provide private shower and toilet stalls.

Room Layouts & Tours We offer a broad range of room styles - from traditional residence halls to apartments and suites - to help students live comfortably and thrive in their new community. Furnishings and Layouts Each student room is furnished with a bed, desk, desk chair, dresser (s), and closet/wardrobe for each student. Approximate dimensions for major pieces of furniture are listed below. Furniture and room dimensions may vary by residence hall.
