How to Use ZEP Luxury Vinyl Floor Cleaner

Follow these simple steps to clean your luxury vinyl floors with ZEP cleaner:

Preparation

Before you begin, ensure the floor is free from any debris or large particles of dirt. Sweep or vacuum the area to remove loose dirt. Also, make sure the room is well-ventilated.

Mixing the Solution

Dilute the cleaner according to the package instructions. Typically, you'll mix 1 ounce of cleaner with 1 gallon of warm water. Always follow the manufacturer's guidelines for the best results.

Mopping

Dip your mop into the cleaning solution, ensuring it's damp but not soaking wet. Mop the floor in sections, working backwards towards the exit to avoid stepping on wet areas. Use a wringable mop for better control over the amount of solution applied.

Rinsing

After mopping, rinse the floor using clean water and a damp mop. This step is crucial to remove any residue left behind by the cleaner. Again, work in sections and mop backwards towards the exit.

Drying

Allow the floor to air dry completely. Do not use the floor until it's completely dry to prevent any damage or streaking.

For best results, follow these additional tips when using ZEP Luxury Vinyl Floor Cleaner:
