Wedding Cake Auto Original: A Sensible Seed for a Legendary Grow
The cannabis world is always pushing boundaries, and the Wedding Cake Auto Original from Sensible Seeds is a prime example of this. This autoflowering strain combines the best of both worlds – the rich, fruity flavors of the classic Wedding Cake and the convenience of an auto-flowering variety. In this article, we'll delve into the details of this incredible strain and explore what makes it a top choice for growers of all levels.
A Brief History of Wedding Cake
The original Wedding Cake strain was bred by Seed Junky Beasts to combine the flavors of Gelo #3 and Triangle Kush. Sensible Seeds has taken this strain and adapted it into an auto-flowering variety, perfect for growers who want to minimize their setup time and maximize their yield. The result is a plant that's just as potent and flavorful as its parent, but with a much faster flowering time.
The Benefits of Autoflowering Strains
Autoflowering strains like the Wedding Cake Auto Original have revolutionized the way growers cultivate cannabis. Without the need for complex lighting schedules, growers can focus on other aspects of plant care – like nutrients, pruning, and pest control – to maximize their yield. The Wedding Cake Auto Original also finishes in as little as 70 days, making it perfect for growers in colder climates or those who want to get multiple harvests per year.
The Characteristics of Wedding Cake Auto Original
This strain inherits the rich, fruity flavors of its parent, with notes of vanilla, caramel, and a hint of earthy undertones. The buds are dense and resinous, with a subtle sheen that catches the eye. The aroma is just as intoxicating, with a sweet, cake-like scent that'll make your mouth water. The Wedding Cake Auto Original is a strain that's just as impressive to look at as it is to smoke.
Yield and Growth Habits
One of the standout features of the Wedding Cake Auto Original is its impressive yield. As an autoflowering variety, growers can expect to harvest up to 300g per plant, even in small grow spaces. The plant itself is relatively small, with a bushy growth habit that's easy to support and prune. Growers can expect to see a moderate vegetative growth period, followed by a rapid flowering stage that'll have them harvesting in no time.
Growing Tips and Considerations
While the Wedding Cake Auto Original is relatively easy to grow, there are a few key considerations to keep in mind. Autoflowering strains like this one require consistent light, so make sure you've got a reliable grow light setup in place. Nutrients should also be carefully calibrated – this strain loves feeding, so don't be afraid to provide it with plenty of food to fuel its growth. Pruning and training can also help maximize yield and ensure even growth.
The Bottom Line
The Wedding Cake Auto Original from Sensible Seeds is a game-changing strain that's perfect for growers of all levels. With its rich flavors, impressive yield, and convenient autoflowering trait, it's a strain that's hard to beat.
