Check-in and Check-out
To ensure a smooth start to your vacation, please adhere to our check-in and check-out times:
Check-in: Our vacation home will be available for you to check in at 4:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, we may not be able to accommodate you immediately, as we need time to prepare the house for your stay.
Late Check-in
If you anticipate arriving after 8:00 PM, please inform us in advance. We may arrange a late check-in or provide you with instructions to access the property.
Check-out: On your departure day, please vacate the property by 11:00 AM. This allows us sufficient time to clean and prepare the house for the next guests. Early check-outs may result in additional charges.
Early Check-out
If you need to depart earlier than scheduled, please inform us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate an early check-out, but please note that it may incur additional charges.
Guest Behavior and Conduct
We expect all guests to treat our vacation home and its amenities with respect and care. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you:

No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vacation home. You may smoke outside, but please be mindful of the surroundings and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

If you need to smoke, please do so in designated outdoor areas and ensure that you extinguish cigarettes completely before disposing of them.
Pets
While we love pets, Moonrise Vacation House is not pet-friendly. Please do not bring pets to the property, as they may disturb other guests or cause damage to the house.
No parties or events: Our vacation home is not intended for large gatherings or events. If you plan to have a small get-together with friends or family, please inform us in advance and ensure that the event remains quiet and peaceful.
