Arrival & Departure
Check-in time is 4:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Late check-ins can be arranged with prior notice.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. A late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability.
Access & Entry
You'll receive a unique access code via email prior to your arrival. This code will allow you to enter the house using the keypad on the front door.
Please keep the access code confidential and do not share it with anyone outside your group. If you suspect someone has obtained your code, please notify us immediately.
Parking
Parking is available for up to three vehicles. Please ensure that your vehicles are parked within the designated areas to avoid blocking neighbors' driveways or access to the house.
Street parking is not permitted, and we kindly ask you to respect our neighbors' parking spaces.
Household & Amenities
Our vacation home is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We've provided a detailed list of amenities below to help you plan your trip.
If you find that something is missing or not functioning properly, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to ensure your stay is as smooth as possible.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is stocked with basic pantry items, such as coffee, tea, sugar, and salt. Please help yourself and replace any items you use during your stay.
Dishware, cutlery, and cooking utensils are provided. We ask that you clean up after yourself and leave the kitchen as you found it.
Laundry
A washer and dryer are available for your use. Detergent is provided, but please bring your own fabric softener if desired.
We ask that you separate your laundry into lights and darks, and remove any lint from the dryer after each use.
Entertainment
Our vacation home offers a variety of entertainment options, including a smart TV with streaming services, books, board games, and outdoor games.
Please treat these items with care and return them to their original locations when you're finished. If any items are damaged or go missing, you may be charged for replacement.
Safety & Security
Your safety is our top priority. We've taken several measures to ensure a secure environment during your stay.
Please familiarize yourself with the safety features of the house, including the smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and first aid kit.
Emergency Procedures
In case of an emergency, please dial 911 immediately. Emergency contact information is provided on the refrigerator.
Please review the evacuation plan posted on the back of the bedroom doors and familiarize yourself with the nearest exits.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use the designated outdoor areas for smoking, and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
We ask that you refrain from smoking near open windows or doors to avoid exposing non-smoking guests to secondhand smoke.
