Prior to the AmberRex'sacceptance, the Black Otter variety (arguably one of the most striking of allRexvarieties) was accepted in 1988. The eyecolorshould be brown for Black, Chocolate, and Sable Steelvarieties. The eyecolorshould be blue gray for Blue, Lilac, and Smoked Pearl Steelvarieties.
