What is Context Aware Access?

Context Aware Access is a security setting that checks for minimum security standards on a device before allowing it to access certain data.

What is happening?

To ensure security of Woolworths Group information and data, Context Aware Access is being implemented to ensure your devices meet the minimum security standards required before accessing your Woolworths Group account and information on that device.

What do I need to do?

You will need to make sure your device meets the minimum security standards and requirements to be able to access your Woolworths Group Google account. For full Requirements please refer to the user guides.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

BitLocker Device encryption is NOT available on Windows 10 Home Edition and as a result, devices running Windows 10 Home edition will not be able to access your Woolworths Group Google account.

If you have Home Edition installed on your BYO device you will need to either upgrade to Windows 10 Pro Edition or transition to a corporate device instead. You can check which version you have installed by following the instructions in step 5 in the Windows guides. Make sure Windows is up to date.
