User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use EarTune.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You may not create multiple accounts to abuse the reward system.
Reward System Rules
- Users earn $1 per minute of active radio listening.
- Rewards are credited to your account in real-time.
- EarTune reserves the right to modify the reward rate at any time.
- Automated listening or use of bots is strictly prohibited.
- Suspicious activity may result in account suspension and forfeiture of rewards.
Payout Terms
- Minimum payout threshold is $10 for most redemption options.
- PayPal cashouts may take up to 24 hours to process.
- Bank transfers may take 3-5 business days to complete.
- Physical items redemption is subject to availability and shipping times.
- EarTune is not responsible for any taxes or fees associated with payouts.
Account Termination Policies
- EarTune reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
- Accounts inactive for more than 90 days may be suspended.
- Users may request account deletion at any time through the Profile settings.
- Upon termination, unredeemed rewards may be forfeited.
- Fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination.

- EarTune collects user data as described in our Privacy Policy.
- We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience.
- User listening data may be used to improve recommendations.
- Personal information is securely stored and never sold to third parties.
- Users can request their data or deletion through the app settings.
Limitation of Liability
- EarTune provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
- Service availability may be affected by factors beyond our control.
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for the service.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability.
