To use EarTune, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate personal information
• Maintain only one active account
• Have a valid payment method for redemptions
• Comply with all local laws and regulations

EarTune reserves the right to verify user eligibility at any time and may suspend accounts that violate these requirements.

Our $1 per minute reward system operates under these guidelines:

• Rewards accrue only during active listening sessions
• Background play must be properly enabled to earn rewards when the app is minimized
• Artificial listening methods are prohibited and will result in account termination
• Rewards are credited to your account in real-time
• EarTune may adjust reward rates with prior notification
• Special promotional rates may apply to certain stations or time periods

Fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all accumulated rewards.

Redemption of rewards is subject to these conditions:

• Minimum payout threshold of $10 for all redemption methods
• PayPal cashouts processed within 24-48 hours
• Bank transfers may take 3-5 business days to complete
• Gift card redemptions are typically fulfilled within 24 hours
• Physical items shipping times vary by product and location
• All redemptions require account verification

EarTune is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or shipping services.

Your EarTune account is subject to these policies:

• Accounts are non-transferable and for personal use only
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited
• Verification may be required before significant redemptions
• Inactive accounts (90+ days) may be suspended
• EarTune reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations
• Users may delete their account and data at any time

Account security is your responsibility. Enable two-factor authentication for maximum protection.

EarTune's privacy practices include:

• Collection of personal information necessary for service provision
• Secure storage of payment information
• Limited sharing with third-party partners
• Usage of listening data to improve recommendations
• Optional location services for regional content
• Data retention policies in compliance with regulations
