A full rebuild on the core-only model
Every dataset's core projection SQL moved out of calcofi4db into the ingest notebook that owns it
(calcofi4db 3.2.0 deleted the switch(dataset_key, …) arms — the release had re-derived the core
from its own inline copy and the two copies drifted, each divergence a silent data error).
obs_mets_full and taxon are catalogued; spatial tables renamed. obs 18.7 M → 20.1 M.
