1108NH Used Cruise averaged CTD Oxygens on the entire cruise for ISL levels.
Used Cruise averaged CTD Oxygens on station 63 but 2ndary sensor on that one
only.

72 stations total, only 1 3500m station (sta20), 16 prodos

1108Dar.txt made from station csv's to decodr IEH (renamed bigieh) then
terple.exe (1108t.ieh) then decodr module that adds ctd data over ISL level
Salts and Oxygens and missing salts and O2's (TCTD.IEH). To then make data
report, I used dareh08.exe. Dated 22May12 in IEH directory

1108_001-072D.rpt in IEH dir is from terpled station csv's and the data report
module in decodr. Dated 27Apr12 in IEH dir.

Use 1108Dar.txt not 1108_001-072D.rpt.

3/13/13, made new 1108T.IEH and 1108ARCH.IEH to fix header problem (UTC time)
AND Weather issues. Somehow stations where there were no cloud observations,
had 0weather, 0cloud type, 0cloud amount, and 0vis. If there is clear weather,
there should be 0 clouds and high vis. Should be 0_08 (Amt is left blank).

CTD Notes:

1). Cast 002 labeled cast 001
2). Cast 033 secondary oxygen sensor data looks bad, clogged by salps or ?
3). There was a problem with the ISUS sensor's low end NO3 detection. ISUS was unable to measure NO3 < 5uM/l. ISUS was sent back to
Satlantic after the cruise. ISUS measurements above 5 uM/l look okay.
4). Cast 20 was 3500m 90.90
5). Cast 35 was Santa Monica Basin 770m cast 86.7 40.0
6). Downcast 63: removed 2 bad depth records, 249m & 270m; data all -9.99e-29
7). Downcast 41: CTD oxygen sensor looks off, high, from ~330-500m; see upcast
