Privacy Policy — Member Pre-fill

Member Pre-fill is an internal Chrome extension used by Capillary Technologies

staff and their customers' authorised users. It fills a healthcare intake or

referral form using member details from the Capillary InTouch session the user is

already signed in to, so the form is reviewed rather than retyped.

What Member Pre-fill collects

Nothing.

The extension does not collect, store, transmit, sell or share any personal data.

There is no analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporting, no remote logging and no

account system. The developer receives nothing.

The extension runs entirely inside the user's own browser.

Capillary InTouch (https://*.intouch.capillarytech.com) — reads the member's profile and health-survey answers using the user's existing signed-in session. The extension holds no credential of its own, so it can only ever read members that user is already permitted to open.
The form in front of the user — writes the values into that page.
Local browser storage — remembers the user's own details (their organisation, name and title, which are identical on every referral they file) so they are entered once rather than retyped. This never leaves the browser.
Open tabs — reads tab URLs only to find which member is open and which tab holds the form. Tab contents are not read for any other purpose.

Member details move from Capillary InTouch to the form open in front of the same

user, inside that user's browser. They are not sent to the developer, to

Capillary, or to any third party.

The extension handles health information, because that is what the forms ask for.

Two things follow from that, and both are deliberate:

Some answers are never filled automatically. Substance use, sexual health, pregnancy and contraception, national identifiers, and anything requiring a signature or an attestation are left blank and flagged for the user to ask the patient directly.
Every filled value shows its origin. Each field records which source it came from and when it was recorded, so the person submitting the form can judge whether to accept it rather than trusting it blindly.

None. Every script is contained in the published package. The extension does not

download or execute code from anywhere.
