Bmw Alpina Special Edition

The Alpina Roadster Limited Edition is based on the BMW Z1, and one of just 66 of the rare Alpinas made. Ahead of the transition, Alpina has unveiled a special edition B8 based on the BMW 8-Series Gran Coupe, which also pays tribute to company founder Burkard Bovensiepen, who passed away in 2023. Alpina's timeless Classic forged wheels measure 21 inches and are wrapped around bespoke Pirelli P Zero tires.

29 Unveiled at the 1987 Frankfurt Motor Show, the BMW Z1 was a bold leap into the beyond, with "Z". Much like how Mercedes absorbed Maybach and turned it into a subbrand for extra-special models, the newly minted BMW Alpina looks to follow a similar path. Officially known as the BMW ALPINA Roadster Limited Edition (RLE), it originally retailed for 116,000 Deutsche Marks.
